Lie on your back with hips and knees bent at 90-degree angles and hold weights in your hands. Raise your arms toward the ceiling, keeping your elbows slightly bent, with your palms facing each other. Bring the weights together over your chest and then open your arms until your elbows are two inches from the floor. Repeat 12 times.2. Basic push-up
Begin in the plank position with your arms and legs straight. Keep your shoulders above your wrists and take a breath in before exhaling and bending your elbows out to the sides, lowering your chest toward the ground. Stop when your shoulders and elbows are in line and inhale while straightening your arms. Repeat 10 times.3. Bridge with chest press
Start by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet hip-distance apart, holding weights in both hands near your chest. Squeeze your glutes as you push your pelvis toward the ceiling and press the weights directly above your shoulders for 12 reps.4. Lateral plank walk
Begin in the plank position with straight arms and your hands beneath your shoulders. Cross your right hand toward your left simultaneously as you step your left foot out to the left. Then, move your left hand and right foot to the left, returning to your beginning plank position. Take two more steps in the left direction to complete a rep and reverse directions for three steps to the right. Repeat 12 times.5. Bent-over reverse fly
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing out in front of you. Stand with your knees slightly bent, keeping your back flat, and your torso bent forward at the hip joint. Lift both arms to the sides with a slight bend in your elbows and squeeze your shoulder blades together and then lower your arms back to the starting position. Repeat 12 times.6. Kneeling chest stretch
Sit on your heels and lean back to place your palms flat on the floor about 10 inches behind you with your fingertips pointing away from your body. Press your hands firmly into the ground and lift your chest high, arching your back. Hold for 30 seconds.
